Step-by-Step Guide to Complete the PAVE Signup Form

1. Personal Information of the Applicant

Ensure that you enter all the details exactly as they appear on your CNIC (National Identity Card):

• Full Name
• CNIC Number
• CNIC Issuance Date
• CNIC Expiry Date
• Father’s/Husband’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender (Choose Male or Female)
• Email Address (Use a valid and accessible email)
• Mobile Number (Should start with “03”)
• Mother’s Name
• Do you own a vehicle? (Select Yes or No)
• Have you previously taken out a loan? (Yes or No)
• NTN (Optional)

2. Current Residential Address

Provide the details of your current address:

• Full Address
• Province (Select your province from the dropdown list)
• District
• Tehsil
• Nearest City

3. Permanent Address

If your permanent address is the same as your current address, simply tick the box labeled “Same as Above.” If not, fill in the required fields:

4. Set a Password for Your Account

Create a secure password for your PAVE account:

• Password (Minimum of 8 characters for security)
• Confirm Password (Ensure both passwords match)

5. Complete Captcha Verification

To confirm that you’re not a robot, solve the Captcha math problem:

Enter the correct answer in the Captcha field.

Final Step: Click the Signup Button

Once all the fields are filled out correctly and the Captcha is completed, click the Signup button to complete your registration.

What Happens After Signing Up?

• Your account will be successfully created on the portal.
• You can log in anytime using your CNIC and the password you created.
• Once logged in, you’ll complete your application and upload the necessary documents.
• You can also track the status of your application on the portal.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this program, you need to meet the following requirements:

• You must have a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
• You should be at least 18 years old.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required.
• You should not have any outstanding bank loans.
• You must be capable of repaying the monthly installments.
• You must not have a criminal record.

Who Is Not Eligible?

You are not eligible to apply if:

• You are under the age of 18.
• You don’t possess a valid CNIC.
• You have a poor credit history or have defaulted on a bank loan.
• You have previously received a loan from PAVE or any similar scheme.
• You provide false or incorrect information during the application.
